Our Team
Bobbie obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western KY University in 1985. Bobbie is currently licensed in the state of Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Tennessee for both Life and Health insurance. As the founder of Benefits Resource Group, she remains as the anchor for the team, providing leadership and wisdom, not only internally, but also to the Warren County community.
Jeni obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2003. Jeni is currently licensed in the state of Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Texas and Tennessee for both Life and Health insurance.Jeni began her career at Benefits Resource Group in 2014.Jeni oversees the day-to-day operations for the Benefits Resource Group office. The operations include managing finances, hiring and overseeing all staff, client consulting, task tracking, reviewing and analyzing contracts and public relations.
Amber joined BRG in 2021 as an Office Manager and has since advanced into her current role as a Brokerage Support Specialist. She is licensed in multiple states for both life and health insurance. Amber’s primary focus is providing exceptional support to BRG’s accounts and serving as an extension of our clients’ human resources departments, ensuring seamless communication and service at every step.
Neil obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing/Management from Western Kentucky University in 2002. He is currently licensed in Kentucky for Property and Casualty, Life, and Health insurance. Neil began his career in advertising sales in 2002 before transitioning into insurance in 2015. He focuses on bringing new opportunities to Benefits Resource Group, prospecting new talent, and general business development.
