Our Team
Bobbie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University in 1985 and is licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee for both Life and Health insurance. As the founder of Benefits Resource Group, Bobbie built BRG with the vision of being more than a brokerage—creating a ministry rooted in service, leadership, and genuine care for others. She remains the heart and soul of BRG, anchoring the team with wisdom, integrity, and steady leadership while supporting clients, colleagues, and the Warren County community with purpose and compassion.
Jeni earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2003 and has been part of the Benefits Resource Group family since 2014. As Chief Operating Officer, she supports the team behind the scenes so they can show up fully for clients every day. Licensed in multiple states for both Life and Health insurance, Jeni leads with care, clarity, and a heart for people—helping create an environment where both the BRG team and the clients they serve can thrive.
Amber joined BRG in 2021 as an Office Manager and has grown into her current role as a Brokerage Support Specialist, evolving alongside the firm as it expands its technology-driven service model. Licensed in multiple states for both life and health insurance, Amber serves as a critical connection between BRG, its brokerage partners, and clients. Her primary focus is leveraging streamlined processes and innovative tools to support BRG’s accounts, acting as a trusted extension of clients’ human resources teams and ensuring clear communication, efficiency, and exceptional service at every stage.
Neil earned his degree in Business Marketing and Management from Western Kentucky University and is licensed in Kentucky for Property and Casualty, Life, and Health insurance. As Business Development Director at Benefits Resource Group, Neil focuses on growing the firm with intention—building relationships, developing partnerships, and bringing in talent that reflects BRG’s values. He is committed to strengthening the culture of the organization while supporting sustainable, people-first growth.
Devin Ramsey brings over 10 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry to her role as Client Services Representative at Benefits Resource Group. Transitioning into a client-facing position at BRG, Devin is dedicated to serving clients with both deep industry knowledge and a genuine heart for helping others. Her focus is on building strong relationships, providing dependable support, and ensuring clients feel informed, valued, and well cared for at every step.
